Exchange/Return or Refund Policy

At Rior Beauty, the satisfaction of our customers is of prime importance. Before an order is shipped, we undertake stringent quality checks and ensure the products are correct, packaged properly and reach our customers on time.

We have a strict no-refund policy except in the case of damaged, or defective items. Please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

1. Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof at info@riorbeauty.com. We will offer a replacement or store credit.

2. All Sales Are Final – For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened or used products. Please choose your shades and products carefully before placing an order.

3. Non-Returnable Items – Gift cards, promotional items, and sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Process for Refund or Exchange:

• Contact our customer service team at info@riorbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide your order number and clear images of the product.
• Once approved, we will process an exchange or issue store credit. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policy guidelines.
